We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role demands a proactive, results-driven professional with a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, exceptional writing and editing expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content: Write compelling, data-driven content, including UX copy, landing pages, and website content, that resonates deeply with users, enhances engagement, and boosts performance.
  • Maintain high standards: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines across all content assets.
  • Define and lead content strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies tailored to business objectives, user needs, and industry opportunities.
  • Analyze and optimize: Leverage analytics tools and A/B testing to measure performance, extract actionable insights, and refine content for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Research industry developments, competitors, and digital marketing trends to identify strengths, and opportunities for optimization, and shape strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, design, and marketing, to align content efforts with broader company goals.
  • Think big picture: Understand how content impacts the entire user journey and proactively identify opportunities to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker — a must
  • Experienced content manager: 4+ years of experience in content marketing, writing, or editing.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented: Takes initiative, owns tasks fully, and ensures every detail meets high-quality standards.
  • Strategic thinker: Combines creativity with a data-driven approach to craft content that delivers measurable results.
  • Team player: Thrives in a collaborative environment, navigating diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong work ethic: Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Marketing expertise: Experienced in content strategy, creation, and optimization, with familiarity in using analytics tools, A/B testing, and PPC to drive success.
  • CMS and GenAI tools: Skilled in working with CMS platforms and leveraging GenAI tools to enhance workflows (advantage).
