Join our team as a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, and play a pivotal role in shaping the very DNA of our company. This position is not just about filling vacancies; it's about identifying and nurturing the talent that will propel our company forward.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Recruitment Processes from Start to Finish: Take charge of all aspects of recruitment, from the initial planning stages to the successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Partner with Management: Collaborate closely with department managers to craft precise job descriptions and pinpoint the ideal candidates for each position.
  • Conduct In-Depth HR Interviews: Perform thorough interviews to ensure candidates not only match the technical requirements but also align with our company culture.
  • Employ Creative Sourcing Strategies: Innovate our recruitment approach by integrating creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with External Partners: Work hand-in-hand with placement agencies and other key suppliers to extend our reach and find the best candidates.
  • Oversee Onboarding and More: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company, alongside handling additional HR responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Significant recruiting experience in high-tech companies. 
  • Familiarity with recruiting Business Development Managers, Customer Success roles, and various Analyst positions.
  • Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hebrew.
  • Working experience with social networks, placement companies, and advanced recruitment methods.
  • Extensive interviewing experience, with keen perception and excellent evaluation skills.
  • Experience working directly with recruiting managers, including senior management.
  • A passion for people, a sense of teamwork, and a never-failing smile.
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with internet/online companies - an advantage.
  • Working experience with Comeet - an advantage.
  • A relevant degree.
