We are seeking a motivated, highly analytical, detail-oriented Junior Social Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Channels department.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize large scale performance-based campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Native
- Monitor and analyze activities’ KPIs on a daily basis
- Conduct marketing research & Analyze marketing performance data
- Identify and respond to changes in market trends & competition
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize and expand performance
Requirements
- University degree - preferably B.Sc., graduated magna cum laude with outstanding grades or performance, or high Psychometric/Gmat score
- Science, business, or analytical academic background - an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn new skills
- creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent attention to details
- English at a high professional level - a must
