We are looking for the pivotal role of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance management team and lead the company’s FP&A function. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s FP&A function
  • Develop, manage, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
  •  Oversee the long-term planning, annual budget, quarterly close, and estimation processes  
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business and industry to drive value into all planning processes
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the company’s executive management team and business units
  •  Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
  • Introduce automation and best-in-class system capabilities to ensure the robustness of planning, analysis, and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and manage costs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
  •  Be an active, collaborative, and dynamic member of the finance leadership team
  • Collaborate with other finance functions to provide insightful financial information to management through reports, dashboards, trend analysis, and KPI monitoring
  • Provide advice and support to the CFO on ongoing business topics and strategic projects/initiatives
  • Ensure timely delivery of information and service to other departments and stakeholders

Requirements

Required:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a mid-to-large high-tech company, preferably in Performance Marketing or AdTech 
  •  Experience in roles such as Director of FP&A / Head of FP&A
  • Proven solid understanding of FP&A core processes
  •  Leadership skills and experience in managing and building teams
  •  Exceptional analytical skills
  • Self-starter with a curious and data-driven mindset, comfortable working with large datasets across multiple systems, and motivated to drive change and improvements 
  •  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Google applications
  •  Experience with NetSuite and other core financial systems
  •  Strong verbal and written proficiency in English 

Preferred:

  • Experience in a similar role at a publicly traded company
  • Experience implementing and/or using core FP&A tools such as Planful, Pigment, etc.
  •  MBA or another relevant advanced degree
